This Terms of Service Agreement (the "Agreement") is made between Happy Marriage Keys, LLC ("Happy Marriage Keys") and the user ("User") accessing or using our services.

 Services Provided Happy Marriage Keys provides marriage counseling and church services. By using our services, User agrees to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. User's Obligations User agrees to provide accurate and complete information required during registration or for availing any services. User also agrees to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and will be solely responsible for any activities done under their account. Data Protection Happy Marriage Keys is committed to protecting User's data and privacy.

 
We will not sell, rent, or disclose User's personal information, including contact details, to any third party without User's explicit consent, except as required by law.Intellectual Property User acknowledges and agrees that all content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property rights associated with Happy Marriage Keys' services are exclusively owned by Happy Marriage Keys. User agrees not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our website or services, without obtaining prior written consent from Happy Marriage Keys.

Termination Either Party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the other Party. Upon termination, User shall cease all use of Happy Marriage Keys' services and return any materials or documents provided by Happy Marriage Keys.Limitation of Liability Happy Marriage Keys shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Happy Marriage Keys harmless from any claims or actions arising from User's use of our services. Law and Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Ohio, United States. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts located in Ohio.Entire Agreement This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Happy Marriage Keys and User and supersedes any prior understandings or agreements, whether oral or written.

By accessing or using Happy Marriage Keys' services, User acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
